I dont understand this, where does prism draw the zaps from to give to all reposters?

From the zaps that people might have intended to be solely received by the original author?

 The beauty of this is that @boardwalk never touches your bitcoin. Prisms use zap tags (nip 57 appendix G) to add splits to a note and when that note is zapped by a client like Snort or Amethyst the client pays each user individually.
