If someone wants to take on the lease for the Fox on Kingsland Road and run a decent pub there again, that would be much appreciated. It's been closed for too long. £85k pa doesn't seem like a wholly unreasonable price?

There's a reason they used a historic photo. It does require a bit of work. Also there are now flats above it.
