As an American it always gives me a giggle going to Europe and seeing people biking while smoking. Start contrast between exercise culture and transportation culture.
Biking & Drinking FTW
Biking back home from a party drunk as fuck almost rode into a bus stop. Would recommend
I live in Lithuania and have never seen anymore biking and smoking. Which country you are talking about? European countries are very different.
I've specifically seen it in cities in Denmark, France, Netherlands, and Italy.

What I remember most about being in Europe was the lack of obesity and the pure history of it all. Contrast that with America where obesity is nearly everywhere. Lastly, dam the food was great too.
Europeans don't eat as much junk food as Americans.
Biking on a regular bike towing a kid trailer once. Stop at an intersection and there is a guy on the bench smoking a cigarette while taking a break from his ebike ride. Dude strikes up a conversation about how far I'm going. Tells me the 10 miles I'm riding isn't enough and I should do 20 like him. I didn't even know what to say to that.
When Europeans visit the USA, they too giggle upon seeing people driving cars with bikes attached to them.
