Could be and that’s OK. Run with it. The weird thing is we all have our things that make us who we are. Don’t let it hold you back. I spent a lot of time in my life being held back, mostly self-imposed.

My excuse is I’ve had ADHD my entire life. I let it shape me for a while. I’m 50 years old now and still am affected by it. It doesn’t go away, but I’ve learned to deal with it and work around it. If you recognize it, that’s most of the battle. You can’t fix what you can’t recognize.

You can decide if you’re going to let it hold you back or if you’re going to accept this trait about yourself and push it aside.

I had to have a 78 year-old guy teach me this before I was able to get out from under myself. Where did he learn this? He’s got his hang ups, too, that he learned from and pushed them aside. Smart guy.
