 As an European that knows what a mile is, I can corroborate this information. 

 Perspective is truly an important thing to keep in mind. 

 Americans who flew here are not the same as those of us who grew here.  Those whose families predate 1789 are like mined Bitcoin that has never been on an exchange.  Yeah, bitcoin is bitcoin but I prefer some over other.
