No sex or condom use during high fertility portion (≈5 days) of the cycle. But cream pies the rest of the time. I’d be too scared to try it but there are a lot of studies that show ≈99% efficacy if executed properly. 

So pull out and no birth control is a slam dunk if you’re also doing NFP. Hormonal birth control is so bad for women in multiple ways. I’d never advocate for it.
