I stopped drinking coffee for a while and switched to matcha (still has caffeine). Changed my life. My skin is clearer, I still get the high without the crash, and I don't get the runs in the morning. Because matcha feels lighter, I'm able to take breaks from caffeine for weeks at a time too. Matcha is the best 🍵
