 Two cups of coffee this morning and I'm just now starting to come down from the high... That stuff is powerful, how you all drink it everyday?

 I think I need to cut back again… I find it useful when I have lots of mundane code to write, but whenever I need to problem solve/engineer something new I can’t quiet my mind enough to think clearly.

 I have the opposite effect if I don't drink it.  
 I only drink 2 cups and usually only in the morning. I look forward to those 2 cups every day. 😂 
 I stopped drinking coffee for a while and switched to matcha (still has caffeine). Changed my life. My skin is clearer, I still get the high without the crash, and I don't get the runs in the morning. Because matcha feels lighter, I'm able to take breaks from caffeine for weeks at a time too. Matcha is the best 🍵 
 Interesting, although I don't think I like the taste of mocha as much as coffee :)
