I'm still processing the fact that Sousou no Frieren is labeled as a Shonen, and how it's wrong and actually how hilariously un-shonen it is.

In a shonen the protag want something. He obnoxiously wants that fucking thing and nothing else matter in the universe.

In Frieren, the protag didn't get that thing and have to deal with her existence without the thing.

Basically, eat you shitburgers, Frieren !
