Berries and other foods don’t grow during record droughts and relocations rarely work.  There’s not enough COs to haze bears, so municipalities with bears should consider having local bear hazers (technicians) instead of COs shooting so many bears and not having time for other duties.  Remote industrial sites already hire “bear scare” companies, not a new concept.
