 That's my understanding too. I'm posting this from Android, never had an issue with my Lightning wallet here. Outgoing zaps have been broken from my Chrome client for a few weeks though.

Could you kindly try a small ⚡️on this note? 

 I noticed I haven't been able to zap from web (primal.net) but never woulda guessed it cut both ways
