For me the real unconference part of Nostriga was at the Proof of Concept "stage" where I saw (and joined) the collaberation between people with sharing thougts and ideas.
In general Nostriga felt like an conference, but in a very informal way within a (still) small community.  

 I think it means a lot when devs show up for the unconference. Signal to a new paradigm , needs a relaxed attitude as no one will know the habits of UX that all users will implement .
