Rest day yesterday for 100 squats for #31days. Managed a few pushups, sits ups, and planking. All were equally difficult. 

This is hard, I am not fit. But my resolve is strengthened each pain staking exercise to keep going and get fitter. More fit. Better in fit. 

So, to you, today, again I say: 

Do hard things,  even when it’s hard.
