I feel the same, but I know it’s a problem caused by my own behaviour.  

I’m used to lurking, liking, and infrequently commenting.  

I’m still getting my head around ENGAGING, and establishing rapport / relationships.  

It’s not easy changing a deeply embedded mindset that was previously conditioned by X.
