 A really simple one you can do anywhere, at any time, for any amount of time. You can even practice it while you're out for a walk or sitting on a train.

Focus on feeling with every inch of your body. Are you wearing socks? Focus on the fact that you can feel them on your feet, on your toes. Sitting down? Well now you're aware that your butt is touching the chair you're sitting in. Can you feel the hair on your scalp? Well now you can. Is your mind wandering? Think of another extremity and what it's feeling.

This method is amazing for shutting your mind up for a moment, or for getting to sleep if you're having issues.

I can't remember exactly what this method is called, but it was something to do with being present.
