yes, regarding the last point, i think that when you temporarily induce an electron pair into a tight enough orbit of each other they lose their electromagnetic field and become pure kinetic (gravitational potential) energy

the Em Drive is a recent experiment that shows that it seems to be possible to induce electrons into a state where they act as though they have standard gravitational potential energy aka mass

it's my opinion that if you combine a tesla coil circuit with a resonator, like the Em Drive you can greatly increase the production of these "temporary matter" configuration of electrons and have full on impulse engine that only moves electrons and doesn't require a one way chemical energy circuit
