Thanks!  Disabling a couple relays seems to have helped - I thinks the nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg relay was the main source of spam.

Only have 3 relays now 🤔
