So he bused people to sanctuary cites and put up barriers. Now the political calculation has changed entirely and libs are pushing back, making it less risky for the legislature to pass it and he has a chance to get it passed. I think he is criticized way to much.  Nobody in the country has done as much to change the political situation over the border than he has. he doesn't show boat, just keeps on.
