This is the way....
Lucky to live in a semi rural area with large homesteading contingent.
Swapping fruit / vegetables with others for what we don't grow is so common. No dollar values, just I have this and you have that...it so works.
I trade my labour or skills when needed on larger land holdings for firewood cutting or meatbirds / rabbits whatever they have that I could use.
