Bringing this old episode back up again since everyone seems to be crying about patents and  trademarks. 

Intellectual property is indefensible. How does my use of a collection of words/ images placed in a particular way or order,  inhibit your use of those same exact words? To claim that you have a right over a particular set of things aligned in a certain way is to claim you have rights over my property that i rightly &justly aquired and chose to use.
