Totally ludicrous that in a state where you (unConstitutionally) need a permit to carry they would seek to render said permit all but useless.
If there was ANY data to show CCW holders in California, or anywhere else, were out there murdering people they would trot that data out in a hot second to use as “ proof” that CCW holders were dangerous.
The silence on that front is deafening.
