Love that, thanks for the thoughtful response. I was always so inspired by Steve Jobs and the early days of Apple and also early Pixar growing up, both really inspiring. 

Great point when you say the customer doesn’t even know what they want, which is why the point was always driven home when I learned that you should analyze what users do as opposed to what they say or what they say they’ll do.

It’s such a fascinating line of work to combine research, analysis, psychology, design, storytelling, and empathy all in one discipline. Makes me think I can actually make a difference if I work hard enough 🧐
