Week 8
Notes from handstand practice 

The inspiration for my #handstandpractice is @nivineyoga on Instagram. We've practiced together at a local studio and her handstands flow with effortlessness. Check her out πŸ˜‰

At my request, she has been guiding my journey and providing tips. This week, she advised kicking up to handstand...not to the wall. πŸ€” 

This brought my attention inwards and helped me navigate where I needed to go 😁

While I didn't get both legs straight this week, I feel much stronger internally and am enjoying the journey.

1. Focusing on internal alignment is key to achieving external alignment. Seems like a good metaphor for life right there!

2. Embrace each "kick up" as a clean slate. Comparing and judging takes you out of the flow. Another metaphor to take off the matπŸ˜‰
