Düsseldorf-Paris gets cancelled (or left 20 min too early, we’re still not sure?!) so ppl just stranded on the platform. No information whatsoever, train just disappears from board 20 min after having supposedly left. DB knows NOTHING. Takes a crowd of 30 or so international travellers to get them contact thalys. Train gone. They can’t help. 🤷‍♀️
