DYOR but I just hit local Tractor Supply for the 1.87% paste. 

Prescribing doctors & pharmacies are all captured. They are all criminals.   ALL OF THEM. 

Not all doctors are bad. Surgeons etc. are awesome. But you need them rarely, if ever.
