Turkey restores access to Instagram after blocking the app on August 2. The country's Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Abdulkadir Uraloglu, announced that the ban would be lifted at 9:30pm Turkish time. The decision follows negotiations between Turkish authorities and Meta-owned Instagram regarding the removal of terrorist content and the reinstatement of unfairly closed accounts.
