That'd be wild, but it actually makes a ton of sense to comment on transactions. It would be a whole new level of OSINT. It might drive way more privacy features just so your transactions wouldn't get gossiped about. 

 Hahaha Imagine what the world will look like if random people can comment on global transactions :D
