I mean he actually has the power to buy a shitton of Bitcoin, then change the name and laugh as the bitcoin price  suddenly starts booming. He's actually a person who can do this. Are there others like him? I would count Apple as another. They can buy a shitton of Bitcoin and then a week later they can announce "Apple Pay now supports Bitcoin Lightning".
