I'm living a futuristic film from the 80s at the company I work for. Training on compliance, fraud, etc. is an AI speaking and writing the texts. Any questions I have related to the company (holidays, payment, etc.) are answered by a robot. Most of the employee selection and promotion process is done through algorithms. And it works!
The big problem is the aversion that this generates among employees, everyone is angry about interacting with AI regardless of age or role (not even the team that implements it can handle it anymore), everyone misses human relationships.
I don't particularly have an opinion, but human behavior in relation to this is interesting...
