That one lady looked more stressed out and confused than 45. 

 She was visibly panicking. It was bad. 

 It didn’t feel right that one of my initial thoughts was “I hope that agent is doing ok now” after watching the footage. 

Don’t get me wrong. I deal with stressful situations all the time and would probably be panicking in that situation too…but I’m not a trained federal agent. 

 She needs to be fired immediately 

 I wouldn’t trust half of those agents to work as Walmart greeters after that.
