Is #buttercoffee still a thing? I've perfected the recipe while in uni
-1 tablespoon coconut oil or ghee
-3 parts turmeric to 1 part black pepper
-Sweetener to taste (never sugar)
Effects:
+Gets you energy both short and long term when you really need to focus on something
+The combo of fats, turmeric and black pepper decreases inflammation and smooths the comedown.
+For full smoothing effect, drink a cup a green tea before doing coffee (you need that L-theanine action)
+ It's just delicious ☕
