I’m referring more to what the internet was originally envisioned as, versus what it became. I mean, I can host anything by renting a virtual (or physical) server — but my point is we all should be able to host from our own computers, out of our own homes, but dynamic IPs, artificial ISP limits, and terms of service forbid it, and that’s bullshit.
