 As far as ayurvedic centers... The first college of ayurveda is actually located in Nevada City where I've lived for many years. There's a ton of practitioners there naturally. Also, there's a couple ashrams in the area. Check out the Yogananda and the Shivananda centers there. 🤗🪷
