I was loaned out to a small oil and gas tech firm to write a user manual for a new product. All I had were notes scrawled by electrical engineers and a protype I could push buttons on to see what happened. 😂

The engineers knew I was unfamiliar with their field but I impressed them with good questions nonetheless: usually, this was simply me identifying that they failed to use any verbs that might hint what Part A was doing with Part B. Deciphering grammar FTW! 😀
