I’ve been using the duct taped banana as my explanation for what NFT’s are since it was originally sold at Art Basel 

Obviously it’s not the same banana or tape… they’re copies… he’s just bought the bragging rights, the certificate of authenticity is 

But it gets worse (better) there was a copyright lawsuit

Unfortunately the lawsuit didn’t stick:

“the angle at which it is placed, the method by which it is taped to the background” said the Judge
