Chinese ride-hailing company WeRide is seeking up to $440 million in its US initial public offering (IPO) and placement. The move comes as the firm looks to expand its presence globally. Founded in 2014, WeRide has become one of China's largest ride-hailing companies, operating in over 50 cities across the country.
