Not only can he still  run for President, I think a lot of people, that don't like Trump and don't like Republicans, are actually thinking about voting for Trump because they are fed up with the corruption and illegality of those currently in charge. 

Democrats have managed to make a  vote for Trump = a vote to end corruption
