I dreamed that someone came up with the idea of Second Grad School, wherein we would all, at a certain point in our careers, go back and do PhD coursework again (apologies to those already perturbed by the idea of "PhD coursework). On one hand, it seemed fun and like a good idea--seminars on this and that full of prominent scholars in the field--but on the other, oh gosh no.

Remember that person in your PhD seminar who just... held forth? Maybe it was you? Like that, but *everyone in the room.*
