Russia since 2000. They are in danger of falling into the same trap as the US did after WW2, however. Their economy and "Military Industrial Complex" are growing by leaps and bounds from the idiotic and unconstitutional wars brought against them through proxies by US neocons and Deep State. ("So what if 500K Ukrainians died, they weren't Americans. Best money we ever spent.")
Also, it is not clear what will happen when Putin leaves office. I would study their Constitution, and whether they are likely to adhere to it for long.
