Rs 26,000 crore disbursed from treasury in March: Kerala Finance minister

The state treasury disbursed Rs 26,000 crore in March, compared to Rs 22,000 crore last year. Kerala Finance Minister K N Balagopal stated that the state ensured adequate spending in all sectors despite opposition claims of economic collapse. Salary, pension, and loan repayment were all done on time. The state is expecting a favorable interim order from the Apex Court on a petition against the Centre blocking grants. Revenue generated by the state has increased.
