Where I was struggling to find the energy n stamina to plod along n get my 3 mile walk in each day, I'm up n moving and energetic enough to plow through 15000 to 16000 steps a day. 8000 each morning and then the rest after lunch n napping time. Even that isn't forced on me like it used to. 👍
