 I so completely blasted my shoulders with a kettlebell on Monday, I’m still grunting like an old man when I move something 😆 
 I'm still feeling the hike on the Saturday. 🫂

 Funny my shoulder is recked from doing kettle bell clean and presses. But I got a funky left shoulder. It’s been that way for ages. I do every type of mobility the internet has to offer. It’s better but still have to be careful.
