I keep hearing "there's lots of institutional money sat on the sidelines waiting for the US election outcome, so they have certainty, before making their bitcoin allocation". 

Since when does bitcoin wait for anybody to feel comfortable before allocating? 🤣 😂 🤣 

I'm just pleb so bitcoin will probably do the opposite but I say make them sweat and fomo chasing the market to $100k...
