New Study To Help Australias Social Economy Thrive

The Centre for Social Impact (CSI) is conducting a three-year study called the Social Economy Report to analyze the nature, role, and changing needs of Australia's social economy. The study aims to provide insights to inform policy, drive growth in the sector, and support for-purpose organizations in achieving greater impact. The study includes a Social Economy Survey, in which over 200 for-purpose organizations are invited to participate annually. The survey will explore critical areas impacting social economy organizations, such as measuring impact, navigating legal frameworks, analyzing funding sources, and exploring collaboration and partnerships. The findings will be used to create a longitudinal report that can support for-purpose leaders and policymakers in making informed decisions and fostering growth within the social economy.
