nostrudel has an activity log on the bottom left that shows you if you click on it how many sends succeeded to which relays, also coracle shows this in a popup at the top of the display that holds open while it waits for them to complete or timeout and then it lets you click on a details view

but coracle doesn't show much feedback on the chat in the same way as notes, where nostrudel does

many other clients are completely opaque about it
