 bitcoin / crypto are NEVER going to be official currency anywhere
just like painting house antic can serve as store-of-value does not make it or them a currency.
making something a legal tender is not necessary a currency legally by law
legal tender or currency cannot be taxed just for changing hands only unless any physical/virtual goods/services in involved in the transaction.
