First shift back at work today, and in at the deep end we went with an emergency situation within hours. I handled it quickly and calmly, despite having been away for over six months, so I’m very proud of myself. 

Currently sat eating my lunch / expressing milk for my own baby and trying not to think about how much I miss her. I will cuddle her extra tight tonight.
