this is what I learned when I started doing these like a year ago, but so far it’s been a year and no solution that’s viable for all users on every client has came out. & honestly if someone wants to rig & game it let them their reputation is on the line and it’s extremely easy at this stage of nostr for us to notice these things. All Uncle needs is some reputable feed of newbies on Nostr, and help with the rest.
Finding new npubs is easy (add welcome.nostr.wine to your relays), but verifying that they're actually new users and not old users fishing for sats, I'm not sure how to solve for that.
Newcomers must have had a blast walking into nostr right when a zapathon hit after so long.
