I have personally seen the black wedge shaped ships slowly and deliberately floating westerly, three of them in a triangle formation at about 2500 feet over a city and then three black military helicopters followed in pursuit.  Nobody else seemed to notice it, it was just before dusk and the bottom of them glowed orange, similar to the color of a sunset. It was possible they were reflecting the sunset glow.
