So I tried to dehydrate my left over scrambled eggs…
Didn’t turn out so well…
Seems like the bacon fat I cooked em in doesn’t like to be dehydrated at all lol…
Good test though 

 You can Freeze dry fatty foods. 

 I wish I had a freeze dryer
