yeah, onboarding normies to nostr is practically impossible. no celebrities are here, there’s no algorithm, only tech people post regularly, and clients fetch notes in a way that feels slow or hacked together. uploading images sometimes fails too

but over time these issues will get fixed. we're already so much better than we were last year

for now it’s pretty great for meeting like-minded people and, honestly, it’s the vanguard of cypherpunks 🫡😃 

 Nostr is a baby, but a living and very strong baby. At the moment I believe the biggest incentive is the zaps, this is a profoundly new feature, and they are unstoppable.
